Over the last couple of years no matter what I did, I couldn't find inspiration nor motivation to get a pen on paper, my mouth against a mic or my fingers on the keys of my piano. My husband and I have written some pretty decent songs lately, however, I just couldn't get them passed the point of production into an actual project. We both weren't feeling it. 

My mind took a turn a few months ago, I was driving and listening to one of my favourite Drum n Bass tracks and thought "Hey .. I don't think anyone has ever taken a DNB track and turned it into a piano ballad! And even if they have, I don't think they've run with it as a long-term project". 

So I've released this live version of me singing and playing piano of one of the best in the 'Drum and Bass' industry. It's dark, it's kinda earie and it's totally me.
